Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect information. Last updated August 2026.
Overview
OperLytic ("we," "us," "our") builds and operates digital assets that generate leads for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through our websites and how we use it. By using our sites, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you submit a contact or inquiry form, we collect the details you share — such as your name, email, company, and message.
- Lead information. On our lead-generation properties, we collect the contact details and service requests that visitors submit, so we can deliver qualified leads to the relevant local partner.
- Usage data. We collect standard analytics — pages viewed, referring source, device and browser type, and general location — to measure performance and improve our sites.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
- To deliver leads to the exclusive local partner for a given market.
- To measure, attribute, and improve the performance of our digital assets.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share lead information with the single local partner assigned to the relevant market, and with service providers who help us operate our sites (for example, email delivery, analytics, and spam protection). We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, and property.
Cookies & tracking
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep our sites working, remember preferences, and measure performance and attribution (for example, which campaign or page a lead came from). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.
Spam protection
Our forms use hCaptcha to prevent automated abuse. Your use of hCaptcha is subject to hCaptcha's own privacy policy and terms.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights & choices
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
- Opt out of non-essential or marketing communications at any time.
- Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights, such as data portability or the right to object to certain processing. We honor these requests as required by applicable law.
To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children's privacy
Our sites are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of our sites after an update means you accept the revised policy.
